What can I expect to receive in my label package?
Each package of custom NOMI labels contains a 2 pack of personalized labels for each set ordered and as designed during the ordering process.
What are NOMI labels made out of?
NOMI labels are made out of 100% pure silicone that is compliant with FDA Regulation 21CFR 177.2600. This material is in the same class of material used in pacifiers and baby bottle nipples. It is non-toxic and has durable qualities that withstand normal use.
Which containers do NOMI labels fit?
NOMI labels were designed to fit the traditional 4-10 oz. baby bottles, sippy cups, and thermoses; however, the labels fit most major bottle and sippy cup brands found in stores and online today. Unfortunately, they do NOT fit Dr. Brown's 4oz. standard bottles, as these are too narrow. They do fit the 8oz and wide neck varieties.

How many colours can I select in my package of NOMI labels?
Four packs - choose up to 2 colours (same name)
Two packs - choose 1 colour (same name)
Do I need to remove the labels before placing in the dishwasher, sterilizing, or microwaving?
No! Our labels were designed and tested to withstand repeated dishwashing, boiling, and microwaving.
Can I split my order to include more than one name?
Each set of labels must include the same name/content on the labels. You may consider ordering labels with the family name so everyone in the family can use them.
Can I place a gift order with multiple addresses?
If you wish to make multiple gift orders, each order must be placed separately.
Do you offer NOMI labels for resellers?
Yes! If you are a retail store interested in NOMI labels, please contact us at email@example.com and put RETAIL in the subject box.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders by groups?
Discounts are available for schools, day cares, churches, camps, etc. A minimum order is required before bulk discounts are offered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use WHOLESALE in the subject line.
What is your return/cancellation/exchange policy?
All personalized products are final sale. If you have made an error on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to adjust it prior to fulfilling your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days and then shipped. Below are the current shipping times we are experiencing.
Canada: 5-7 business days after processing
US: 5-7 business days after processing.
International: 7-10 business days after processing.
Holiday and Peak Seasons
While we will process your order within the promised 1-3 business days, please anticipate delayed shipping during the holiday season and peak times.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer is responsible for actual shipping charges incurred. Once we receive the package at our facility, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address Provided
Please ensure you have provided your most up to date and accurate shipping information. If the customer provided incorrect/incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and will not be refunded for the cost of the product. This is particularly important for international shipments as the customs security is very strict about completion and accuracy of shipping information.
